Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the continental United States. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat-rate or calculated shipping fee at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by visiting your account on shopbiblecompass.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 United States. International shipping is not available at this time. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us.
Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please allow 48 hours for the package to arrive, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely. If the package still has not arrived, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your order.
